I just tried the new Aescape robot for 30 mins and I’m really impressed. Everything was adjustable on the tablet like pressure, music, sceneries, how much time for each area, etc. The robot arms were heated so that definitely felt nice and not like a cold robot is touching you. It felt good!!! Definitely recommend if you’re someone who doesn’t feel comfortable with people touching you or if you just want to give it a try because it is really cool and innovative

Happy to be back at Lifetime as a member, and grateful for Kenny for being a true stand-up guy. I’ll admit that some of my past frustrations were misdirected toward management, and I really appreciate that we were able to sit down, talk it through, and get back on the same page. Grateful for the professionalism and the way everything was handled.

Lifetime fitness is such a beautiful and clean fitness club. There are so many classes and amazing trainers. Honestly one of the best gyms I’ve ever visited.

Ann Marie at Life Time Spa is wonderful! She’s kind, highly knowledgeable, and has years of experience in the industry. Her facials leave my skin glowing, and her waxing is always precise, quick, and comfortable. Professional, attentive, and truly the best!

Top tier gym. A blast every time I come. Sometimes it’s a little crowded and so things may not be perfect at all times. But the staff takes care of things, machines don’t stay down for long when they are and things get replaced when they break or go missing. Steam room is the best. Great spot.

Just started and I am thrilled to report that I am impressed. It's a great gym if you are looking for doing more than just lift weights. Three pickle ball courts, full court basketball, multiple indoor pools, sauna, steam room, a ton of studio classes for different levels of fitness, good quality machines. It's clean, not super crowded and so far everyone has been polite. It's pricey but you get what you pay for. If you take advantage of everything it's a great deal. Highly recommend!

Great Gym and Facilities. It is pricey and be sure to pay attention to notifications. There are “ up charges “ such as outdoor pool . They do offer a family plan which I use . There is a concierge that can walk you through the process before Joining. A few stand out employees that love their job , most people who work there a generally happy to be there . The rest are honestly stressed out and not at all happy, perhaps working there for the free membership. Overall an excellent gym.

I joined in October and it was the best decision I’ve made! My kids absolutely adore this location, not so much syosset (we have not had good experiences there) and so we only go to garden city. The kids academy was my biggest selling point as a mom of littles who are my whole world, I don’t even hire babysitters because I don’t trust people with my kids. The staff in garden city’s kids academy have been wonderful, attentive and kind to my babies. Any issue that I have had has been handled very quickly and thoroughly. I had an issue with sometimes catching the staff on their phones while watching my littlest which is a huge safety concern, the GM Kenneth resolved this efficiently - reminding his staff of the no phone policy, and I haven’t had any issues since. The workout classes are amazing, the trainers really know how to get the whole group going and i have loved every class I’ve done so far! The pool is very clean and big! I just wish they had a cold plunge at this location. This club is very much worth every penny, my children learn and experience all types of activities while I work on myself knowing they are well taken care of. I can HIGLY recommend this gym especially for families! You truly can’t go wrong here, between the very wide selection of workout equipment and space to workout on top of the recovery station, all the classes, the pool/ sauna/ hot tub, and wonderful kids academy.. we are very happy here! If you’ve read the negative reviews I would take them with a grain of salt, I have never experienced anything truly bad with the kids staff in all the months I’ve been going. They train them very well and the kids thrive here.
